DEVELOPING:
Witness M, who is scheduled to provide testimony from the 6th to the 10th of this month at the #MadlangaCommission of Inquiry, has submitted an in-camera application.
The witness, whose testimony involves highly sensitive information concerning heads of state, drug syndicates, organised crime families, terrorist organisations, and politically exposed individuals, has expressed concerns regarding their safety.
Subsequent to discussions with the commission, the witness has reported instances of being followed and surveilled, and has formally notified the inquiry of these occurrences.
The commission is expected to issue a directive concerning the application in the near future.

@Ntokozo_Nz @ZiyandaNgcobo Nope, I have not missed that but read with their prayers...seeeking political intervention when there is a clear recourse at s106.
Zuma is a clear example of a litigant who believed mala fide actions by the NPA. Did he write to politicians or just camped at s106 of CPA🤔

BREAKING: SAPS, IDAC ROW DEEPENS
Crime intelligence boss Dumisani Khumalo and maj-gen Nozipho Madondo have filed complaints with ministers of Justice & police as well as the NDPP following the arrest threats debacle.
They have also written to IDAC head Andrea Johnson wanting to know why their warning statements were not taken.
Their lawyers have asked the justice minister to look into whether IDAC has been acting within its constitutional mandate.

@ModisaneMo37207 @SABCNews HE was compelled by the courts to come, big difference
English

@SABCNews Zuma went of from commission and said he will not come back and was arrested but this one is spared

@AmukelaniMoyani @CyrilRamaphosa @PMashatile So you want our deputy president motorcade to stuck on that traffic
English

Dear President @CyrilRamaphosa; this is a CRIMINAL act by your Deputy @PMashatile , driving towards oncoming traffic! We cannot allow Banana Republic behaviour like Zimbabwe!

@missmooi_moi @MightiJamie Al Capone was primarily arrested and convicted for federal income tax evasion in 1931, sometimes the blessings arent the cases on the roll, its what comes out of that.
English

@MightiJamie Julius Mkwanazi is arrested for things unrelated to Madlanga. Where are we going? We’ve moved from a commission about political interference 🤷🏽♀️ no longer talking about Mchunu, Sibiya….

This is Advocate Ncumisa Mayosi. She is under the Cape Bar, based in Cape Town. She is currently an acting Judge in the Western Cape
The most evil woman who colluded with the Office of the Public Protector [under Kholeka Gcaleka] and leaked a confidential complaint; used it in Parliament to do defamation. She was the evidence leader in the Mkhwebane Impeachment Inquiry.
It was deliberately done. They violated the POPI Act and broke the law.

🚨BREAKING:
In a disturbing turn, Wiandre Pretorius who earlier this week reported an alleged attempt on his life outside his Boksburg home, has since died, in what is reported as a suicide.
The incident occurred in Brakpan in the presence of his partner, Sgt Juan Mare Eksteen, who is also linked to the Commission’s proceedings.
SAPS have opened an investigation into the circumstances.
This marks the loss of another a #MadlangaCommission witness.

@KhuselaS @then_finally Unfortunately your track record in parliament speaks for itself,
you CANNOT spin this one away,
the last 15 years arent forgotten,
Dont be so daft
English

I don’t agree with that. The Speaker has done absolutely nothing wrong. We are witnessing the rise of a herd mentality where some people refuse to engage with facts and are mesmerised with sensationalism and populism. Unfortunately there are parties who exploit this, right down to lying. And yes, I accept it’s because of the trust deficit between the ANC and some citizens but the Speaker has done absolutely nothing wrong, in fact she assisted the Committee, hence I’ve been posting her letter the whole day
English

Infantile political posturing - unfortunately the hallmark of EFF politics. Never prepared to put in the work just running to media to scream the loudest. Speaker said fix your letter, respond to the witness and tell them what you can and cannot do to address their concerns, if they refuse to come (which they haven’t by the way, they have raised concerns and proposals) then she will consider summons. What’s difficult there? I again attach the Speaker’s letter unfortunately I know those who believe the EFF are unlikely to read 🙄

🚨ANC Defends Its Criminals🚨 The ANC has once again chosen to defend criminals and shield elites from parliamentary accountability. By backing Speaker Thoko Didiza’s refusal to subpoena the notorious so-called businessman Brown Mogotsi and self-proclaimed private investigator Paul O’Sullivan, the ANC is openly undermining Parliament and protecting individuals who hold democracy in contempt. This conduct confirms that Thoko Didiza is acting on a party mandate, not in the interests of the people of South Africa.

Greed has levels.
A SAPS Brigadier (Salary Level 13) in South Africa earns an all-inclusive flexible remuneration package of approximately R1.18 million to over R1.23 million per annum, according to 2024 reports.
Evidently, this was insufficient to deter Brig. Rachel Matjeng from dating, and soliciting cash and gift from a dangerous former convict who is now incarcerated in a maximum-security facility while facing charges of attempted murder of an ex-girlfriend.
A Lieutenant General (Salary Level 16) earns an all-inclusive flexible remuneration package of approximately R1.18 million to over R1.6 million per annum, according to 2024 reports.
Yet even this appears not to have deterred Deputy National Commissioner Lt Gen Tebello Mosikili from allegedly engaging with confidence tricksters who reportedly swindled her of more than R10,000, along with a cellphone and other electronic devices, after promising stolen home appliances from Makro.
Greed, it seems, knows no bounds.

@iamSivN @AntEater696969 The only reason you hate them is because you not getting the bag
English

@AntEater696969 I don’t think you get me … But I’m talking about , we both can hate ANC and their failures.. but I don’t have to agree with your methods of expressing that hatred
