Im confused at people thinking Chet Holmgren is overrated. He's at worst a top 3 defender in the sport and he averages 17 and 9 on 56/36 splits
50% on long mid range shots
47% on short middies
77% at the rim
3 level scorer with elite defense.. how is that overrated?

While the NFL player is not only making eye contact with the other guy, the balls are also below his chin level(pause). it’s undeniably a factor

It looks like a factor, but the distance between starting point and catching point is narrower when the F1 dude catches the balls. If you judge the "high" at which they are catched, the point would be accurate, but also wrong in its measuring. The true measure is the distance between release and catch.
