Six exceptional musicians from #NorthernIreland have been awarded the NI Young Musicians’ Platform Award, supported by The #NationalLottery through the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and @BBCnireland🎶 The six award recipients include three classical awardees, harpist, Rosie Murphy, soprano, Zoë Jackson and violinist and composer, Samuel Kane; traditional folk music awardee, uilleann piper, Maeve O’Donnell; contemporary singer-songwriter awardee, Becky McNeice, and jazz awardee, Timothy Boomer.
