These are Twitch Streamer Frogan's statements on the default motion filed by Ethan Klein's lawyers. Clip number 1 is her comment last night after the motion update occurred on x. She was camera-free, playing Fortnite while saying she was fine and that life happens. Later on in the stream (clip number 2), she states that she will not be commenting on the update and that there is a bunch of speculation.

the tcg market gets more and more interesting. apparently gamestop just got scammed on these cards that are only worth $4 due to someone buying their own card on ebay for $800 then goes and sells other 33 cards for $700

This is usually a manufacturing issue. I’ve opened sealed cases of various ETBs from distro and every single ETB in them had this exact rip. There’s nothing stores can do about it either. TPCI won’t refund anyone for these issues as the items are intended to be opened anyways. Not stored for generational wealth in 2 months.

It’s no secret, but man, the state of the Pokémon market is really, really sad at the moment.
Bots and scalpers taking all the product, and the product that does exist at LCS’s are being sold for 3x MSRP.
I’ve honestly accepted buying a little over MSRP at this point even though it sucks, but at some point, enough is enough
Really unfortunate time in the hobby for actual fans that are in it for the love of the game

Tehran has dropped its demand that the U.S. lift the Strait of Hormuz blockade before ceasefire talks can begin.
That was the hardest precondition on the table. Now it's gone.
Iran is also offering to put its nuclear program on the table in exchange for sanctions relief, and is signaling it's ready to return to negotiations in Pakistan as early as next week.
After months of deadlock, this is the first real sign that a deal is possible.
