I agree that being targeted for speaking up you lose your benefits s reputation and that's when you follow the correct channel of whistleblowing - it's not just organisational harm it's also economic abuse!

The racist abuse unfortunately will not stop until we have sanctions embedded in the WRES and EDI high-impact framework, every time a nurse is abused, it has the potential to evolve into Patient Harm leading to serious incidents and never events!
