Hiring: Video Editor for 7 Figures Health/Weight Loss Supplement Brand I’m looking for video editor who can consistently deliver high performing direct-response video ads for Meta Compensation: - $1,500–$3,500 USD/month (depends on experience & track record) - Uncapped % of ad spend on winning ads (high spend with target CPA) A big part of this role is being highly competent with AI tools. You should be comfortable using AI to improve speed, quality, and creative output, including things like realistic avatars, AI-assisted UGC, voiceovers, image/video generation, ad variations, and any new tools that help us produce better ads faster. You’ll be working under a creative strategist who will provide clear briefs, direction, and feedback. But we also want someone who can bring their own ideas to the table. If you come up with your own ad concepts and they perform well, you’ll receive bonuses for each winning concept. this app does $40M MRR with 16,000,000 monthly downloads… they’re using the most absurd angles known to man 😭 pushing out reaction videos to their COMPETITORS DRAMA the app mainly focuses on coin based episodes that you buy to view and watch ads to unlock an episode (they also make revenue off of the ads users watch) the app is mentioned in the comments and funnels interested users straight to the app, or they run ads for lots of episodes and stop at the cliffhanger they’re making the most addictive dramas and promoting it on tiktok (ironic lol) comment ‘DRAMA’ if you want the full playbook (must be following to dm)

just made this ad for an ai dating coach app the girl doesn't exist at all 3 minutes to render, $1.5 in compute if i didnt tell you it was ai you wouldnt have clocked it. this is how you launch a SaaS in 2026 not $200 an hour for a real coach. not $8 cpi on tinder ads, not two week creator turnarounds. just bulk shipping ai videos that look real at less than two dollars each drop "texts" and ill dm you the full prompt used (must be following)

remember this balloon goli ad? here's the exact same ad same script, same story, same beats just rebuilt in plush felt style thats the whole point i keep making you write the script once then reskin it into any style you want balloon, felt, lego, clay, whatever stops the scroll that week under $2, 10 minutes, one prompt each the script is the asset the style is just the costume want the full workflow? check the comments
