I have read Search and Seizure Warrant against The Lodge in full, and it does appear to be a witch hunt. Essentially, they're deeming poker in TX illegal and therefore classifying what we'd consider normal banking transactions as money laundering because it's proceeds from what they say is illegal gambling. All the undercover operations outlined in the affidavit describe a normally functioning, well-run poker room. To me, nothing in it suggests what we in the poker world would consider scandalous/nefarious, but rather authorities simply taking a stance on the grey area/loophole that they consider illegal. The activity across the platform has been amazing, and we really appreciate the trust you continue to place in CoinPoker. As expected with a big launch and a lot of players jumping in at once, the first days are when the most feedback comes in. Over the past ten days your feedback has helped our team quickly spot what needed attention, and we’ve been rolling out updates continuously to improve the overall player experience. Here are some of the key improvements from the latest update: 🎮 Game Table – 20+ changes • Player stats & career screens: Fixed a range of display issues affecting how player stats, scores, and career progress are shown during and after play. • Visual polish: Resolved layout and alignment issues across several screens, including tournament summaries and player panels. • Stability: A number of background crashes and errors were identified and fixed, resulting in a more reliable game table experience. • Gameplay: Responsible gaming checks added to seat-joining flows; several small but noticeable gameplay and display inconsistencies corrected. 🖥️ Lobby & Desktop App – 25+ changes • Lobby improvements: Players can now see the live online player count; self-highlighting in the lobby was fixed; tournament lobby display issues resolved. • Sound fixes: App launch sounds now behave correctly and respect the user's sound settings. • New features: My Missions tab is now live, a wallet refresh button, and updated table visuals. • Back end: A significant amount of back end work was completed and several high-priority crashes were resolved, improving overall app performance and stability. We’ll keep moving quickly, listening to feedback, and pushing improvements. Many more updates and features are already in development, and we look forward to sharing more soon.
