The Knicks are really the only team that unites New York. The Nets… exist, and that’s about as much as I can say. Their fanbase is just substantially smaller than the other No. 2 teams in this city (Jets and Mets). The Knicks have more market share than any other NY team.

To all those who’d like to see Mr Whammy as Nets team rep on the dias at Lottery: bad news. League source says fans are not eligible, that reps must be ownership, team executive, player, coach or former player. Too bad but he is a member of BB Hall of Fame.
Brooklyn Nets guard Egor Dëmin will miss the remainder of the season due to increased plantar fasciitis in his left foot. Dëmin is expected to return to basketball activity early in the offseason and be a full participant in the summer development program.
