The Penguins have been walking the line of "all-in" and "rebuild" for years. But bringing Malkin back should make them solely focused on winning one more Cup in the short term. First call of duty: get Connor McDavid or Auston Matthews. If you bring Malkin back, you go all-in.

You can add McTavish to the list of trade targets I could definitely see #NYR sniffing around on (although that would probably classify as more of a medium swing than big).
