This is a beautiful piece of tech that can help scale, solve problems and help customers for which human bandwidth has always been an issue. A customer should never wait for a call to connect to an agent. They should be able to talk to the business 24/7 with 0 wait time.

AI calling to customers, well they didn't discard it the curiosity and amazement was their and adoptions was great, people talked to it and it worked from them with sometimes curiosity kicking in to be asking the question, this is AI right! -

We are for sure at the Curve of AI Innovation - Recently used AI to make live calls to the customers and even got conversions. Comparing it to human and natural call is the wrong metric. It's not natural yet but it's not robotic either. It's pleasant and smart. #ai
