@notseelen I always do weights before. I feel like the cardio first will mess up your ability to crank out the most weight/reps but you still get the benefit of cardio afterwards if even if it’s harder (which in some ways is still better)

leg/glute day: weights before or after cardio? I just did it before, and the thought of doing intense cardio makes me wanna puke

UGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH I can't even drive in my current tires under 40°F...but it's gonna warm back up in the middle of the week, so I don't want to switch to winter tires yet so basically I can't go anywhere 🥺

@notseelen You’re probably better off getting a set of wheels that will stay with the winter tires so that you can just swap them out yourself. Not sure if that was what you were planning.

@zeewayyyy no, not yet...but I'm going to! well, I MIGHT do all seasons as a second set, but I definitely want high performance in summer, so I'm keeping a summer set, too I just can't decide whether to get performance winters (last 10k miles), or size down and get fat tires (last YEARS)
