Fixed the illusive bug and add example code from last week's "Web Components in React 19" session to Github: github.com/schalkventer/r… For anyone curious, the bug was that I destructured "value" from the HTML element, thus breaking the in-memory reference.

My previous employer had a fully remote policy. You could book a desk if you wanted to go into the office in Cpt cbd. They changed their policy - everyone needs to be in the office everyday and the offices moved to an industrial area. 20 people had quit so far.

@ced8thman @allenholub If you have some idea of what the value of the next iteration on the same thing vs everything you could be doing is, stop when it's not the most valuable anymore and switch to the other thing. Work in small chunks, every change should still leave your code deployable.

@allenholub Hmm, interesting. How do you handle a situation where you end up in a never ending loop of iteration because of the agility?

Scope creep is a purely waterfall concept in which you define the entire scope in upfront planning, then implement exactly what you planned without deviation. When you are working with agility, there is no such thing. You learn, adapt, modify—welcome change—as you work. That's what it means to be agile.
