btw you’re still valid even if you don’t : - weigh your food - usually/always have an exact daily cal count - or calculate the cals in all your meals - eat that much protein - walk that much and i could keep going... ♡

Stoked that I’ll ideally be my gw by my birthday:P (Aug 11) I do have a couple of days marked for very high cals (family parties/cookouts) but I’ll just compensate with steps and other really lowcal/fast days. When’s every1s birthday? #edtwt #ricecaketwt

@ch1mchim17 You can definitely go into remission for BPD ! Might not be a cure but you can get to a point through therapy where you don’t even qualify for the diagnosis anymore:-)

just found out that binge eating is an impulsive behaviour of BPD and that even though i can be recovered from AN B/P i can’t rlly cure myself of BPD so am i destined to struggle with binging forever?????
