My statement regarding the Ship-a-ton deadline incident:

I’ve worked in this industry for over 12 years and I’ve seen this guy’s work. Trust me. He may be looking for a junior iOS role, but his abilities are way beyond that of a junior. I’d put my reputation on the line any day of the week (and twice on Sundays) to vouch for him.

And if you are hiring a junior iOS engineer, DM me and I’ll put you in contact with a couple of fantastic candidates.

You want loyalty to your company? Hire a junior dev and grow the crap out of them. Plus it gives senior devs more opportunities for leadership and they’ll grow too!

There are tons of junior engineers out there that are just desperate to get their first dev job and it seems like every company thinks it’s not their problem

If you’re a big company and your engineering team is only hiring senior engineers, shame on you.
