Solend is taking the following actions to reconcile problems encountered by users: - Reimburse 100% of the penalty for users liquidated due to abnormal volatility on the SOL feed - Reimburse 50% of the penalty for other liquidations

From Jan 21 0:00 UTC to Jan 22 20:00 UTC, Solana experienced degraded network performance, causing many Solend transactions to fail. There were many failed attempts at depositing and repaying, which made it difficult for users to save their accounts from being liquidated.
