This is not only affecting personal communication but also impeding business activities, education, access to government services, and the ability of young Nigerians to innovate and compete in the digital economy. Your Excellency, we respectfully urge your administration to look into this matter urgently. We ask that regulatory bodies such as the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) be strengthened and encouraged to hold service providers accountable, promote transparency in pricing, and ensure Nigerians receive the quality of service they are paying for. So I bought 10GB, turned off my mobile data immediately, and switched to WiFi. Just 2 hours later, I checked my balance and somehow I was left with 6GB… how does that even make sense?
