What you dream of doesn’t exist. I was almost ready to settle for that. Lost in a daily routine that kept whispering it to me. I was one step away from truly believing it. Then I started paying more attention to what I was doing. To what I was thinking. I stopped living on autopilot. And most of all, I stopped taking everything the world said for granted. From there, little by little, things started to change. That’s why I write. To help those who, like me, were getting lost in something that didn’t really feel like life. I don’t have easy answers. I just seek the truth. And maybe, in doing so, someone out there will find their way. Or at least save a few miles in the desert before reaching the oasis.

Most of the sales I mess up are when I misread who I'm talking to. Maybe I misjudge their budget or miss the real reason why they're buying. People don't always tell you the truth. Sometimes you just have to understand it yourself.

Headphones and music at everyone's reach is amazing. And it's killed human connection. Two sides of the same coin. Everyone's got their own world now. Nobody talks anymore.

I put a pillow in my lap when I’m reading the Bible every morning—I like to be comfortable, and it puts the words closer for easier reading without extra effort. This morning I had a cat pillow.

Running is overrated for fat loss. However, running is underrated for longevity. Set your goals. Plan accordingly.

I’m genuinely happy with where my life is rn. In December I had some life stuff happen that completely knocked me off course. I spent most of the next 2 months barely working 30 minutes a day, feeling completely spent. (still crushed for clients lol) My days consisted of: - Eating lots of chips and ice cream - Lying on my bed and binge watching shows - Gaming a lot, lol (I can beat Minecraft in under 20 mins rn) I remember fireworks going off on New Year’s Day 2026. I was downing a bag of chips, eating ice cream, and watching Stranger Things all at once. Compared to my normal routine of being in bed by 9, this was embarrassing. But there I was, 5kg above my normal weight, skin and hair was a mess, and I just couldn’t bring myself to get anything done. It was one of the darkest periods of my life, fueled by a combo of some life stuff that happened + not an acknowledging my mental and physical limits. Since then I’ve slowly worked on crawling my way back. And honestly it was a lot harder than expected. There seems to be a persona and way of thinking online about “just getting things done” and “discipline” and “being an alpha male” and stuff I’ve always considered myself a go-getter. I worked 12-16 hour days for months to get the business of the ground. But this time, it took quite a while to bounce back. I used to think discipline was working 12 hours a day for months. Now, I realize it's being able to bounce back from the deepest of ruts. In January, I forced myself out of the house to walk 10,000 steps every day for a month. Not for the health benefits, but to build up good routines and habits again. (And also to get sun - I was the whitest Asian boy you’ve ever seen. My European friend pointed out I was whiter than she was) In February I forced myself back to a 5am-9pm day and cut junk foods almost completely. Mainly for habit and health purposes, but also to improve mental clarity. Pro tip: not having sugar makes you think far better, its actually insane. And now, in March, I’ve started working out 6 days a week consistently (for the first time ever). My body’s in the best shape it’s ever been. My mind’s in the best state it’s been in a long while. My life’s in the best place it’s been since Nov/Dec. I’ve had several days where I’m genuinely just…content with life. Weirdly enough, business is better than ever too. - Results have been systemized. - Case studies are piling up. - Got some good leads too. I’ve always been my harshest critic. Every criticism someone’s given me is one I’ve berated myself over, 100s of times. But I’m honestly very proud of what I’ve accomplished over the last few months. We’re on the biggest comeback arc rn. Side note: I promised a friend of mine that I’ll post a LOT more. So I’ll be dominating the feed from now on. Sorry.✌️

Here are 3 delegation mistakes that slow down your business: 1. Micromanaging: Overseeing every detail reduces efficiency and trust. 2. Failing to Clarify: Unclear instructions can lead to misunderstandings and errors. 3. Neglecting Feedback: Not providing feedback can result in repeated mistakes and missed improvement opportunities.

Entrepreneurship is weird. 2019: Started a carwash biz, made $150/mo. 2020-2023: I got into the online biz world. Apr 2024: Signed first client for DWY content offer. Jun 2024: Hit first $5000 month. Sept 2024: Let go of all clients and started from 0. Nov 2024: Hit first $10,000 month ($12,250) Mar 2025: Crossed $10,000/mo mark (actual MRR) Jun 2025: Burned out hard and stopped DWY content biz. Aug 2025: Started DFY content agency Oct 2025: Hit $10,000/mo with content agency. Nov 2025: Burned out due to growth pains (skill issue) 2026: Hired out work. Systemized everything. Lots of ups and downs. But also lots of fun.

Consistency feels boring. It feels repetitive. But it is not. It is powerful. Showing up daily compounds into skill, confidence, and opportunity. Deep work builds results that feel impossible at first. Hyperfocus turns small efforts into massive impact. The people who achieve more are not luckier. They are the ones who never skip a step.
