The attacker had been quietly funding test wallets and running dry-run transactions a full week earlier — classic dress rehearsal. Attacker swapped everything to USDC and bridged straight to Ethereum. Phantom Wallet had to emergency-cut access, Drift's team is mumbling about "unusual activity," and the funds are now sitting on the chain with the deepest liquidity.
