Because I can relate to all the characters. Because it was there for me when I needed it. Rise was the kind of show full of so much heart, love, and respect for people. It showed a family that loved each other's company, which is rare. I will always love it. #saverottmnt

I don't know if anyone will see this but I can no longer stay on this site. I cannot condone the actions done by those that run it, nor is it a safe place to be. For the people using this site to fight for what is right, I wish you the best. By this Friday, I am leaving for good.

Rise has so many clever visual storytelling cues, from the character's subtle facial expressions, to so much happening in the background. It's much more complex than it appears. It is harder to make something comedic then it is to make something dramatic. #SaveROTTMNT

I dont think people understand just how much visual storytelling #RiseOfTheTMNT had throughout the entire series ! This frame here shows splinter heading up to the surface flipped upside down hinting at how his world view will change and how he sees his Son's is all wrong And

@Gabichu11 @DiddyFernan She did have an important role in the story, sure, but I do think her character deserved more development and more screen time to explore show she was beyond the confines of what her fathers wanted. It's a shame.

@zipzaizen @DiddyFernan This is simply not true Karai is one of the most important characters in the entire story, she is the living representation of Splinter and Shredder's relationship. Her relationship with Leo is a mere detail. It makes no sense to say that about her

@zipzaizen I'll always say that at least April and Karai are good characters on their own right, one evolving into being a novice and humble warrior while having psychic powers to back her up and the other being a more realized ninja but having to carry the burdens of a tarnished clan
