Most yield products pick a lane. Real-world or DeFi native. Sustainable or high yield. Single strategy or diversified. The best yield doesn't live in one lane. We've been building the product that doesn't pick a lane.

do not fall for the anon accounts and paid shills spreading fear about lack of food in dubai. UAE has a temporary customs green corridor to rapidly receive shipments of all kinds via oman. i know this because i have an importer/exporter license and receive regular dubai customs notifications about contingency planning.

@jussy_world @solana @AviciMoney - took cash from an ATM - called it the future of finance I want my 2017-2018 back. Back when real geeks were building hardcore DeFi, the first zk projects, the actual cypherpunk dream. @Starknet is one of the few still pushing that path today.

Bro literally sees three possible futures for crypto 1. it goes down 2. it goes up 3. it goes sideways thanks 👍

Our CEO @EvgenyGaevoy sees three possible futures for crypto 1. TradFi absorbs crypto 2. Everything moves to DeFi 3. A parallel economy where TradFi & crypto coexist Most of them kill the cypherpunk dream He breaks down which one is worth building for with @FortuneMagazine

$342 billion in real-world assets are tokenized. $26 billion is actually distributed and usable in DeFi. Over 90% is locked inside platforms. No lending. No trading. No composability. That's the only problem worth building for right now.

SolanaFloor is back. As of today, we are thrilled to announce that SolanaFloor has been acquired by @jito_sol and will resume operations under the Jito Foundation’s ownership while maintaining full editorial independence. After announcing a wind-down in February 2026 following an exploit tied to our parent organization, we explored external financing and acquisition options. However, the team was unable to secure a viable path forward at the time, leaving a gap in independent coverage of onchain activity across the Solana ecosystem. Now, we can resume operations. While SolanaFloor will operate under Jito Foundation ownership, all editorial decisions including story selection, data presentation, and coverage priorities will remain fully independent of Jito Foundation’s activities, partnerships, and interests. The mission remains unchanged: documenting the ongoing rise of the Solana ecosystem and providing clear, unbiased research and journalism. It’s a critical time for the chain. Spot $SOL ETFs have crossed $1B in AUM. The ecosystem is gradually institutionalizing. New DeFi tools and integrations emerge every day. The need for independent Solana coverage has never been more apparent. “When SolanaFloor went dark, the ecosystem lost something difficult to replace,” said @brian_smith_0 , President of Jito Foundation. “This acquisition is about filling the gap with a platform that operates from a position of editorial independence. Jito has a long term stake in the health of the Solana ecosystem, and that means investing in the infrastructure and public goods that keeps the community informed.” Additional details on the relaunch -- including editorial structure, commercial offerings, and team updates -- will be shared soon.

I think a lot of VC backed AI companies are held together by illiquid valuation magic while having been eaten by Opus and GPT-5. At least in crypto you can see real prices. AI is in the greater fool game - cursor and Harvey are at particular risk among the hot properties

The UAE property market is NOT crashing. You are misrepresenting the facts. Prices for 4BR villas in this area start from $2.29M on Bayut, and that's before negotiations. The example you gave is not panic selling. It's a seller who was too greedy, realized the asking price was unrealistic, and likely on advice from the broker lowered it. It is very common in the UAE property market. And even then, it's still not the market bottom for that area. Study the subject, then speak.

BREAKING: THE UAE PROPERTY MARKET IS ALREADY CRASHING A 4BR villa on Al Jubail Island in Abu Dhabi just slashed $817,000 off its asking price. In one move. Seef Al Jubail — 8,395 sqft Was $3.3M (AED 12.1M) Now $2.5M (AED 9.2M) → 43 price drops detected → 4.4% average drop → 25% biggest single drop → $3.9M in total value cut across 43 listings

AI and Math: I finally had a bit of free time to start my first attempt to use AI -- ChatGPT Pro -- for an old math problem that I put on the side more than a decade ago. I'm pretty rusty on the particulars, but AI isn't. I'm already quite impressed by the progress, I pointed out my conjecture and it's started breaking it down, doing numerical experiments, then deducing conjectures from them, testing those a bit further, and so on. I don't yet want to reveal the exact question I'm workin on, nor what it helped me find so far. And I'm a bit rusty myself having not worked on math problems for quite some time. But I can see how if I'd been a full time math professor, this tool would have been invaluable. Those of you doing math research for a living -- how much do you find AI useful in your work? Has it already helped you crack one of your Big Problems?
