Hearthstone as a game has a large blind and low vision community. For some, the absence of Alt text might be a 'oopsies, we'll do better next time.' for others, its active exclusion from information and the community we come to love. As an accessibility professional and a blind person, I'm calling on all content creators and companies to do better.

@zlsjs_HS @InsomAtLaw i'd argue there's a certain level of consent when you let a drunk guy into your hotel room. if they stop when you say no, that's the clear line.

@AstrogationHS @Ranlit_HS Letting someone into your hotel room isn't consenting to being SA. Purple is responsible for his actions at the time and after the fact. I also hope he is alive but I also don't feel bad that purple was pushed out of the community because I care more about making people safe.

@zlsjs_HS @Ranlit_HS I do care about consent. Here are the facts I care about. Tina let Purple in her hotel room. Purple stopped when she said no. I'm posting this because we can't be ruining people's lives when there's room for doubt. I'd like to know if Purple is still alive

@zlsjs_HS @InsomAtLaw I did a lot of reflection before posting this. Bad experience does not mean SA without more context. And as far as i'm concerned, "he stopped when i said no" is not SA.

@Ranlit_HS @AstrogationHS Not sure why both of you don’t seem to care to care that consent wasn’t given. Such nasty work posting this garbage years later for absolutely no good reason. Particularly awful to insinuate that victims coming forward is part of some fad.

@AstrogationHS I wish I never posted that long paragraph detailing what I saw happen on the night of Dec 2nd 2018.
I was biased against Purple when I wrote it. I was pretending to “share evidence” when I was using all the words that would make the situation look worse than it was. Oh well…
