@SavageRaider100 Rams led the league in passing yards & passing TDs. Above all they led the league in passing yards per attempt. Along w/ being a great RB Faulk was a great receiver & great pass blocker.

@PriscoCBS No, if he played right away, it would be Mahomes figuring out how to play pro football after being in a college spread. Including things like learning how to read pro defenses for the first time.

If he played right away, he’s still Mahomes. Need to get on with it and find out if he’s the long term guy.
RaiderSpy@RaiderHabits

@PriscoCBS Mahomes sat out a year behind Alex Smith. Look at how that worked out.

@McShay13 It's smart of the Raiders to do it this way. It's a different form of the same thing we saw with Rodgers behind Favre then Love behind Rodgers, and Mahomes behind Smith. etc. Andy Reid thinks that way...and is the list of people smarter about football than Reid a really long one?

@mtvsthewrld_ You could, along with laughing, look back and figure out how you were so easily conned. It's not as if there were no warning signs. Nothing he has done has surprised the people who voted against him.

@TurfShowTimes K. Wms as a rookie: 35 carries (w/ no one ahead of him). Corum as a rookie: 58 carries (w/ Wms ahead of him). Hunter: 0 carries (w/both Wms & Corum ahead of him). Worst that can be said about Hunter is we don't know yet. The best is, he got a redshirt year to learn pass pro.

@kikosanchez @SleeperRams It's much more than that. We SAW McV chastizing Goff in public, and it cost the qb his condidence. That's what 2019 & 2020 were about w/ Goff (that at OL injuries). In DET Johnson built his confidence, the opposite of McV. As we know that worked.

@znramsfan @SleeperRams Goff & McVay gelled quickly, it was well known that McVay used to communicate with Jared Goff up until the 15-second play clock cutoff, helping with pre-snap reads and play calls, by running an up-tempo offense. McVay regrets how the trade went down, by not informing Goff.

In another universe Goff wins the Superbowl and the Matthew Stafford x Goff trade never happens.. But my question is would you guys rather we had won this Superbowl and be stuck with Goff, or are you happy with how it panned out because Stafford is just so much more talented? 🤔

@kikosanchez @SleeperRams No. In 2017-18 JG had 2 great qb coaches, Greg Olson then Zac Taylor. 2019, McV became de facto qb coach. They weren't in sync & McV made his gripes public. Goff went to DET where Ben Johnson restored his confidence. That worked, as we know. McV himself regrets how he was w/ Goff

@znramsfan @SleeperRams McVay came in and helped turn Goff into a good QB, they had a great relationship, until McVay was wise enough to see Goff didn't have the clutch gene that Stafford has.

@TheRamsWire Why waste a 1st rnd pick on that? The Rams are good at finding lower round OL (name the last contender-level team whose bookend OTs consisted of a UDFA and a 5th rnd pick). + they have a top OL coach--arguably the best they've had since Houck in the 80s--who develops those picks.

@NateAtkins_ Some Rams fans undervalue KW. Not a breakaway back but 6th in the NFL in yards before contact & 3rd in avg. YBC. His superpower is reading blocks & hitting the right spot at the right instant. He's good past the LOS (2nd in broken tackles) but a *great* runner *behind* the LOS.

The problem with trading or demoting Kyren Williams into a No. 2 role is you’re accepting a downgrade at the RB function the Rams value most: Blitz pickup. It’s the biggest reason I think Kyren gets slept on by many on the outside. The Rams rightly value his pass pro a *lot*
Sandy Kaup@STLSandman

@NateAtkins_ @TheAthleticNFL Hate that you did that…would take Love over Lemon 100 times out of 100…Rams have found stud receivers in later rounds…but not game breaking RB that some think is the best player in draft…nothing against Lemon

@KJTheRamsFan Watson has done more than Durant & is a better fit for what the Rams need. I bet that if Durant signs elsewhere it won't be for near as much as Watson. Teams can see who he is. This is not me being anti-Durant. He did many good things in 2025. He's just not Watson.

@Zepp1978 @JeremyBranham @Cody_Stoots Right tackles routinely play guard in the NFL. The old adage is that a good tackle makes a superior guard. It's not this disorienting "shift of position" that hurts the team or the player. Rather, it's the team strengthening a position.

@JeremyBranham @Cody_Stoots Because the constant musical chairs of "the best 5" is wreck league bullshit. Fans keep complaining about continuity but are okay with shuffling players from the natural position. Could he play LG? Maybe. But how about sticking with where he's been successful for 8 years.

Hearing @Cody_Stoots f-bomb ladened tirade about moving Braden Smith to LG at the end of S&L yesterday was hilarious. Love the passion, amigo. (and you're right. It would be "fuckin' stupid")

@JTG2K @kurt13warner So you need analysts to be 100% perfect or you get your heart broken. Kinda sounds like that's on you. No analyst is 100% right. The real issue is how they handle realizing they were wrong.

The List - Dolphins Podcast@TheListFinsPod

📹 @kurt13warner on his Malik Willis study: "It's going to be really hard for any GM to figure out exactly who Malik Willis is. There is some really high level stuff on the tape. Some big time second level, starter level throws. Other things that leave me scratching my head a little bit." In response to the first lined quoted here, guess that was Miami's edge all along. #PhinsUp 🐬 Full thing is excellent and worth a watching for Dolphins fans🔗 youtube.com/watch?v=Si7-VL…
