I consider Pakistan as my brother. Not only me, but, many Bangladeshi consider such. The problem is, our voices are not let to reach far and wide, but the voices of the Indian agents are broadcasted more which gives a wrong impression. 1971 still gives pain, and I believe Pakistan feels the same. Brothers fight and later they reunite. I believe, a strong strategic partnership can be highly beneficial for Bangladesh and Pakistan. The unity between Bangladesh and Pakistan will change the scenario of the subcontinent. Today, this may seem to be a dream but tomorrow, this dream will be a reality. Long Live the Brotherhood between Bangladesh and Pakistan. 🇵🇰🇧🇩

There is no reason to worry. Islamabad is perfectly safe, safer than U.S. bases in the Gulf, safer than even the United States where Charlie Kirk got shot and President Trump has had multiple assassination attempts. Safer than Israel, too. Ari "Fleischer", as an Iraq war architect (seemingly shameless) really doesn't have the proper information to be pontificating on the situation in Pakistan. The United States has a massive embassy in Islamabad. If it was truly that dangerous for Americans they'd be downsizing big time (the Islamabad embassy is the third largest U.S. embassy in the world), including sending all dependents home. American diplomats in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore have routinely gone out into the streets and colorful avenues of our peaceful, beautiful and loving country to play cricket. You can't do that in Israel, or many other countries. So sit down.

There is good reason to worry about the safety of our negotiators in Pakistan. The country is armed and dangerous and the government is not fully in control. Previous high level visits were short and they involved decoy aircraft, as when then-President Clinton surreptitiously changed airplanes so no one would know which one he was on. The USSS did not like President Bush going there in 2006. The Secret Service will be tested this trip. So too will the military that supports this mission. Pray for the safety of our negotiators, including the VP, and for their success.
