@OleTimeHardball 4 of those called strike threes were clearly balls - some of them 2 inches off the plate -- if they had the current system in place he wouldn't have the record

I am 57, I look young for my age(at least my wife thinks so), I feel young for my age and I act younger(see the videos from Miami). However, I started as a runner at CME in 1988 without knowing a soul either in the floor or in the business. I worked every job up to earn my shot at trading. I chose to become an independent trader an not a floor broker because I wanted an unlimited upside(See my pinned tweet for more). After 38 yrs in this business, 28 as an independent trader, the stress & intensity has taken its toll. I have heart problems as well as prostate cancer. I have an eye disease called uveitis which has caused cataracts and glaucoma. I didn’t take my physical health seriously till my later 40’s. Do not neglect that. Everything I warn against on X or in my @NTLiveMedia shows I have done MANY times over. Listen to me if you want, disregard what I say at your own peril. I do know what I am talking about. I have made very mistake so you don’t have to.

@zoomzoomdoom @marketsurge That bug was reported last night and they are working on the fix. FYI if you have it in a list you can pull it up that way until it's fixed...if you don't have it in the list, go to the Growth250 and you can get it that way. Yes, very frustrating as I have a position in it too

German authorities seem to have zero recognition of the security dilemma, and even believe it is immoral to recognise that there is any security competition. Germany assisted in toppling the government in Ukraine, developed Ukraine as a frontline against Russia, and sabotaged the Minsk peace agreement—yet any reaction by Russia would inevitably be considered “unprovoked", and Germany predictably went into full moral outrage. Germany can cut energy deals with Russia, stay silent about the U.S. destroying Nord Stream, and assist in targeting Russian oil refineries and hunting Russian commercial vessels—yet Russia cutting energy supplies to Germany is met with righteous indignation as it is believed to be an unprovoked “hybrid war”. Similarly, German-backed attacks on Russia will at some point trigger retaliatory strikes against Germany. In the minds of social constructivists, recognising this reality and the world as it is, is consistently condemned as “legitimising” Russian aggression, taking the side of Russia etc. etc. Recognising how your own side threatens the security of others and having the foresight to predict how the opponent will likely react is effectively criminalised. Armed with normative arguments and moral righteousness, how have any of the "pro-Ukrainian" policies since 2013 actually helped Ukraine? What was smeared as "pro-Russian" arguments in 2013/2014 would have resulted in Ukraine keeping its territory (including Crimea), its men and infrastructure. Is morality about chanting normative arguments, ignoring the security concerns of opponents and criminalising foresight? Or does morality demand that we recognise the world as it is to set achievable objectives?

All platitudes and evasiveness...sprinkling in non-sequiturs. Below is a nice example. The Fed needs to go from getting "one cheer" or "two cheers" to "three cheers." Then, a nebulous reference to reform...pure word salad. Technically, the focus on balance sheet is clearly designed as a scapegoat to allow him to cut rates but reassure that he is "solving" inflation...makes no sense. Of course, congressional economic illiteracy facilitates this kind of vapid testimony. Also, can't tell if you were being sarcastic (e.g. suit color) but vibes are off...you have to be able to read people. In the context of everything he has ever done, he is clearly focused on saying whatever gets him the job. Just my 2cents...

An epic taco if Iran’s 10-point plan is the basis of the ceasefire Here’s what’s in that 👇
1. Guarantee that Iran will not be attacked again
2. Permanent end to the war, not just a ceasefire
3. End to Israeli strikes in Lebanon
4. Lifting of all US sanctions on Iran
5. End to all regional fighting against Iranian allies
6. In return, Iran would open the Strait of Hormuz
7. Iran would impose a Hormuz fee of $2 million per ship
8. Iran would split these fees with Oman
9. Iran to provide rules for safe passage through Hormuz
10. Iran to use Hormuz fees for reconstruction instead of reparations
Sonu Varghese@sonusvarghese

With or without an Iranian toll? If the basis for the ceasefire is the Iranian 10-point plan, that would imply the US is agreeing to a Hormuz fee of ~ $2m per ship Wow!
