Tonight was my first concert in london ever and i quite honestly can’t see myself at one here ever again. @KOKOLondon your venue is awful. No respect was given to anyone involved in attending tonights concert, queues arranged by fans were mixed up, +

Hey @HSHQ@TicketmasterUK the treatment of multiple fans today regarding Harry’s ONO tickets has been nothing short of appalling and disgraceful.
Fans legitimately bought tickets and then had them cancelled hours later after they had booked travel and accommodation.
The absolute mess this has made and the cost of this for genuine fans of Harry is so wrong and sickening and apologies and reimbursement for travel and accommodation should be given, or tickets should be made available.
What a disgrace for a fan to purchase a ticket only for it to be later cancelled. I’m sure @Harry_Styles would be as appalled as the rest of us are at this disgusting turn of events.
To all the fans who bought tickets I’m truly sorry and I hope something is done about this.

An update on tickets for Harry Styles ‘One Night Only’.
A small number of tickets were mistakenly released during an inventory update. They were canceled and returned to the request program. These tickets will be included in next week’s final release via request. More details will be shared on Monday.
