@zoufriy0 @WestHam_Central That’s not what I said though. Why have targets. Just employ who you think is best. Could end up being 80-20 in favour of women. Shouldn’t matter if you’re male, female, gay or straight, black white yellow or green. Only thing that matter is your ability to do the job.

West Ham have released their annual Gender Pay Report. When excluding men's first-team players, and coaching staff, West Ham's mean gender pay gap stands at -0.11%, in favour of women. Women make up over 46% of the workforce and the ambition is for a 50:50 gender split by 2030.

The men and women’s team bring in different amounts of revenue wich makes it understandable for there to be a pay gap. But if you remove the men’s first team and staff it’s still only -0.11% in favour of women.
