@TxTSaint @GHBSmith This is true, I have 5 planted right now but if what OP says is true, that everything only yields one item, planting the cells is worthless because you only get one seed back per cell. I'm going to leave them planted and see if they potentially keep yielding.

How Does Farming Work In Crimson Desert? Once you have recruited Kamu (A Rumor at the Goldleaf Trading Post Greymane quest) you can build a farm at Howling Hills Camp using a Dispatch/Map mission. Once built, you are given 16 plots in which to plant seeds and farm. Seeds can be obtained via 100 Trust with Grocers, who then unlock contracts that, when used, will add additional seeds to purchase from Kamu at camp. Some items, such as Apples, can also be deseeded by checking the "Use" options on the item in your inventory. Certain rare materials require Research before seeds can be taken from the item. Seeds are planted one at a time by taking them from your inventory and planting them in the holes. Growth speed depends on the seed type, weather, and watering Growth seems quicker if the seeds are watered. This can be done in several ways. Rain counts, as do items that make it rain, and a Field Sprayer can also be found via the Hernand > Vellua Fisherman's Village quest chain. Fertilizer can be used to MASSIVELY increase yields from farming. Fertilizer Sprayer can be obtained from Hernand > House Celeste > Abandoned Factory quest chain. Once the Field Sprayer and Fertilizer Spray are unlocked via quests, they can be replaced by crafting via a Blacksmith under Every Day Items (due to durability). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND making multiples of both. This is due to limited capacity and cooldown timers. These crafting options may also be based simply on camp progress, so you may be able to craft them before obtaining them via quest rewards. Once grown, harvest the plants for resources. As far as I know, every seed in the game has a single growth cycle. This means that once they are harvested, they are useless. They need to be cut down/removed and replanted. Unfortunately, due to weapon usage restrictions at camp, harvesting tools to increase yields/speed up removal (such as Magic Sickle and Chainsaw) cannot be used. @GHBSmith The gold bar from the Lion Crest Manor does respawn as well. Not sure after how many in-game days it takes for it to respawn but I just grabbed it and deposited it into the bank again

Do NOT throw away or sell your Gold Ore in Crimson Desert. Once you have the Gold Bar recipe/blueprint, you can turn 100 Gold Ore into 1 Gold Bar. Gold Bars can be turned into 500 silver. The blueprint can be found at the Witch's Hideout just south west of Pailune.

Just fought an incredibly stupid boss that clearly shows how messy and unintuitive Crimson Desert can be. Like literally the dumbest thing ever. A poison smoke boss. It SHOULD be a terrible game but the sum of its parts are Just insanely enjoyable.

@mcuban AI needs to just disappear for the most part. The prices of consumer computer parts are skyrocketing because all the manufacturers are switching to AI only. The RAM I bought 6 months ago at $300 was upwards of $956 last time I checked.

Creators should LOVE Ai. AI doesn’t make uncreative people creative. It allows creators to become exponentially more creative. Creative iteration that used to take hours , days or weeks, can happen in minutes. The different routes you wanted to take but didn’t have the money or skill to do. Now you can do. The number of gatekeepers drops every day and will eventually hit zero. If you know how to tell a great story, you will LOVE AI. 99 % of content fails. With AI the cost and time it takes to experience and learn from those failures drop like a rock. The people who should HATE AI are those that try to control distribution and the creative process because they are the ones that control platforms and tools. It’s all going to change. Only this time it won’t take decades like it did with streaming.
