@zunpulse hi team, I have purchased geyser and it’s not working now under warranty , I tried reaching out to customer care by number and email multiple times but no proper response they won’t attend my calls and no reply in email ,frustrated 🤦🏻‍♂️😔 no hot water shower and no bath😏

@zunpulse What a company! Its one and only customer care number is unreachable! And the app is pathetic to use, At the time of renewal no support, Even after setting the TDS level to 100 initially, the app shows below 20 Tds everyday, dont know if the device is not working or app

Everyone who's planning to buy ANY @zunpulse products just dont. Its total waste of money. Its cheap & sois the product. Install it & within a year it stops. Customer service takes really long to respond & voids warranty claims. HORRENDOUS SERVICE EXPERIENCE. @jagograhakjago
