I paid 6.5 k for tests
I get notifications of tests results.
1. But when I go there, in index there are 9 reports listed, but the actual content only has 4 reports.
2. 2 reports in index showing as recollection required

They first of all are unable to understand the query.
It's so frustrating that a company in medical field is tampering with reports and samples!
And customer support doesn't have any clue !

And the chat is more worst, where it doesn't let put my issue only, everytime it fails only
