@Zurich Claim ref 20-50-803734 My complaint was ‘settled’ yesterday, in my favour, but you only addressed the delays, not the blatant lies, deceit, underhanded methods and general incompetence, mainly from loss adjusters. You’ve made an offer to settle claim, but it’s way off the mark!

na mentira , liguei para @zurich seguros do Brasil, contei a história para seguradora , eles riram da cara do Carrefour e me explicaram que não tinha nenhum seguro no meu cartão , e que era para mim retornar ao @carrefourbrasil e abrir uma nova contestação das compras

E a pior parte não e essa , abri uma contestação de compras que foram f itas em meu cartão , e para mim a surpresa @carrefourbrasil , alegou que não podia fazer nada pois eu tinha um seguro cartão protegido no meu cartão, como eu sabia que não tinha mais para pegar o Carrefour

I wnt to raise a serious complaint regarding my health ins purchased through Kotak 811. My pre policy no. was 4428295100 and it was renewed on 19 03 25 with nw policy no. 5738084000. However, the policy is nt visible in my Kotak 811 account or on the insurer portal. Thread 👇

@Zurich very disappointed! they’re refusing to release funds to my partners solicitors. The accident was over 3 years ago and the settlement was agreed start of December. They have been chased several times and have not responded to correspondence. Ombudsman next!
