I’m telling you now. There is a 100% chance that one of these will happen:
A - Biden drops out
B - Biden picks a new VP (who Dems expect to take over soon after Biden’s reelection)
I’ve been saying A since ‘22. Sticking to it. But one or the other? Take it to the bank. 🔒
GOP primary voters should ask themselves what either of these scenarios does for Trump’s GE chances. Trump’s hope for winning is *entirely* premised on the case that Trump was a better president than Biden, and that more people hate Biden than hate Trump. “At least he’s better Biden.”
If Dems replace Biden with a younger, cognitively intact, more popular candidate (remember that LBJ didn’t drop out until March 30), the foundation of Trump’s campaign crumbles. Suddenly a 78 year old, scandal/indictment-plagued Trump with huge negative ratings and who’s a lazy campaigner and inept at debating sets up an easy Dem win in November.
A similar dynamic will apply if Biden picks a popular VP. We all know Biden has no prayer of serving a full 2nd term. A popular VP enables voters to rationalize, “Sure, Biden’s pretty bad. But [VP] will quickly take over, and he/she’s at least better than Trump.”
There’s a *reason* why Dems want Trump nominated. The question is whether GOP voters are foolish enough to walk into their trap.
You’ve been warned.

@RogueRedState His initial campaign blitzes were focused on (a) transgender surgeries and (b) Sharia law. While they were substantively correct, they were also entirely irrelevant. Just meaningless low IQ bubba bait. Translation: no meaningful agenda.

Why I’m not voting for Charles McCall to be governor.
Before Ryan Walters left office, I already saw a pattern. As an Oklahoman and a veteran, I saw Walters generate controversy. Ethics complaints surfaced. Questions about his conduct kept coming. The record showed scrutiny, even if no formal sanctions followed.
In a functioning system, that kind of pattern usually triggers inquiry. That’s where Charles McCall is accountable. The contrast isn’t about him intervening, but rather about his choice not to act.
As Speaker, McCall had authority over committee investigations and hearings. His power doesn’t cover the Ethics Commission, but it decides whether the legislature acts. But in contrast to what oversight demands, it didn’t happen here.
There’s no evidence McCall shielded Walters. But I did not see him use the tools available to him as Speaker to consistently publicly examine these events.
That matters.
Because accountability isn’t just about proving a violation in court. It’s about whether the people we put in charge are willing to ask hard questions when patterns start to show. When that doesn’t happen, it’s not exoneration. Its absence.
And absence has consequences. It slows oversight, limits transparency, and signals that your allies shape examination. This isn’t just about one official. It’s about how the system responded or didn’t.
So, the real contrast isn’t whether someone actively blocked action. The question is: why was nothing pursued when circumstances called for it?
If leadership and accountability matter to you, make your voice count at the ballot box. I encourage you to consider these patterns before you cast your vote for McCall to become Governor.

Orion’s crew and service module have separated. The crew module continues on its path towards Earth while the service module will harmlessly burn up in Earth’s atmosphere over the Pacific Ocean. The Artemis II return trajectory is designed to ensure any remaining debris does not pose a hazard to land, people, or shipping lanes.

Absolutely no sane person ever says this.

@TheCalvinCooli1 @MazzeiMike @CharlesMcCallOK @ChipKeatingOK As a lifetime Republican who has never once voted for a Dem (and never will), I have no idea.

@ConceptualJames @bigredmatt1011 Looks like you triggered the anti-Semite troglodytes.

If you have turned against Israel since 2023, you have fallen for the next biggest psyop since Covid-19, and you're the guy in the mask running around screaming at people to get their next booster.

Domestically, only Democrats benefit from a bunch of idiots on the right falling for anti-Israel propaganda… Globally, China and Russia benefit from a bunch of idiots on the right falling for anti-Israel propaganda that will allow Democrats, who they have already fully captured into Marxism and Islamism, to win without much issue. It starting to make sense yet?

@Sethed2Death @tap_gary @IAPolls2022 As if the four whack jobs listed above would be an improvement?
English

@zwallen @tap_gary @IAPolls2022 What you call “rational and sane” I call the status quo, and right now, the world does not feel rational and sane.
English

@Sethed2Death @tap_gary @IAPolls2022 What you’re calling “electable” normal people call “rational and sane.”
English

@tap_gary @IAPolls2022 Yeah sure, if you want Republican-lite. Honestly they may be the most electable but I’m tired of Democrats going with the most “electable” candidates, this will be the best environment for them to put up a bold candidate and show they aren’t just pandering.

@Skillz_45 @astro_reid @NASA @NASAArtemis People who immediately claim nearly every photo is AI are making a strong claim for the “Dumbest People on X” title. Although the “What about the Epstein files?” crowd is still making a strong defense.

@JohnSmith410846 @MaxNordau How many times do I have to say that whether they should’ve been prosecuted and whether their punishments were excessive are entirely different questions?
English

@zwallen @MaxNordau The extra special gulag and no bail, the tampering with evidence and the perjury.
Now do that
English

@JohnSmith410846 @MaxNordau Breaking down barriers, forcing open Capitol doors, and fighting with Capitol Police is not speech. We shouldn’t broadbrush all the J6ers as merely expressing speech. That’s false.
English

@zwallen @MaxNordau Trump had it right on Inauguration Day discussing the pardons.
Nobody got a fair trial.
But trying to railroad people based on speech you don’t like should also be a crime. Those folks need prosecuted
English

@juniebegood2me @MaxNordau The dumbasses who forced down the barriers, forced open the capitol doors, or caused damage deserved way more than that. They also deserve our wrath for the price the GOP has paid for their idiocy.
English

@zwallen @MaxNordau J6ers should’ve gotten, at most, a $50 trespassing ticket. The ones who should’ve had the book thrown at them (gallows builders, vandals) were rarely hunted down and were mostly given a pass.
