We had a wonderful time on Saturday taking part in @JOTAJOTI @Severndroog We learnt morse code, map symbols, how to set a compass & spoke to @scouts in Japan, Australia, Indonesia … & Woolwich! Thanks for the invite @10thRoyalEltham.

We took part in #RestartAHeart day with @airambulancekss & @Guiding_LaSER. We learnt how to look for dangers before approaching a casualty, call an ambulance, do CPR & use a defibrillator.

@me1thornton We gave them 4 boxes full of felt tips so they did have a large selection to choose from with multiple colours and numbers of each colour available. A lot of the colours are blue/bluish which I think is because it’s been blue for years.

Felt pens don’t really work in this sort of task do they? The colours are very limited. But good to see they’ve given it lots of thought

Could this be our new Guide uniform? Our girls chose their favourite logos and colours and then designed their own uniforms to feed into @Girlguiding and @HemingwayDesign’s co-design process.
