@ArnoldClark are miss-selling used cars. Their website clearly states that “When you buy a second-hand car, we will tax it for you … The cost of this is included in the overall price of the car” but then make you pay yourself before they hand the car over. #overcharged

@ArnoldClark Sorry it doesn’t allow me to message you. Basically I bought a new car in Feb 25. Within 3 months there was an issue. Car has been in 5 times to get fixed and issue still not resolved. As this occurred within first 6 months, consumer act (2015) applies and (1/2)

Don’t ever use @ArnoldClark to purchase a new car. They breach Consumer Rights Act (2015) and would rather cover their own skin and claim warranty than comply with the above act. If anyone else has similar experience please DM me, I’m looking to take this public as it’s wrong.

@ACHelpTeam car has a fault with parking break system/electrical fault. Still under warranty but cannot get a hold of anyone at all to help. If I do get someone just get passed to another line.

@ArnoldClark I took my car in for MOT and service with work done totalling just under £500. When I drove my car away the battery light came on the dash. I took my car back and was told it would be £107 investigation fee. This is extortion. Fix your mistakes.

@ArnoldClark you got me so excited with this car I almost reserved it. Then I happened to click on another MG Urban and it looked ugly, so I zoomed in on this one only to find it shows an iM5 not an Urban. Of course, when I looked at iM5s they’re about twice the price! Gutted!

(1) If anyone is ever considering buying a car from @ArnoldClark I'd seriously advise against it. Bought a Range Rover in july and a few weeks ago the breaks failed on it when my wife was on the school run
