@ArnoldClark (2/2) I’m entitled to a full refund given the evidence I have however it’s going under warranty claim. Complained in November 2025 and was told to book it back in again, complained again in November and it was only acknowledged in February. Extremely disappointed to say the least

Don’t ever use @ArnoldClark to purchase a new car. They breach Consumer Rights Act (2015) and would rather cover their own skin and claim warranty than comply with the above act. If anyone else has similar experience please DM me, I’m looking to take this public as it’s wrong.

@ArnoldClark Sorry it doesn’t allow me to message you. Basically I bought a new car in Feb 25. Within 3 months there was an issue. Car has been in 5 times to get fixed and issue still not resolved. As this occurred within first 6 months, consumer act (2015) applies and (1/2)

@Debenhams I want someone to confirm why my refund that was issued on 03/07 at 03:42 has not been received yet. Tried speaking on FB messenger but customer service is appalling and telling me it’s still processing, despite receiving an email to state it was PROCESSED!

@TSB @PaulPester This is a disgrace. Not been able to access my money since Friday. Can’t check if money due in has went in, unable to fuel my car as can’t check my account. Just moved to TSB last month, that was clearly a bad mistake. How long is this going to drag on for? A complete joke!!!!
