આ સિસ્ટમમાં બસ લેનને પ્રાયોરિટી આપીને વધુ ઝડપી બનાવી શકાય તો ઘણું સારું રહેશે જેથી બસને વધારે ઊભૂ ન રહેવું પડે અને મુસાફરોનો સમય પણ બચશે.

અમદાવાદમાં હવે AI ટ્રાફિક ક્લિયર કરશે, સિગ્નલ પર ખોટી રાહ જોવામાંથી મળશે મુક્તિ! અમદાવાદના વાહનચાલકો માટે રાહતના સમાચાર શહેરના વ્યસ્ત જંકશનો પર હવે AI ટ્રાફિકને હેન્ડલ કરશે. આ 'એડેપ્ટિવ ટ્રાફિક કંટ્રોલ સિસ્ટમ' (ATCS) રસ્તા પર વાહનોની સંખ્યા જોઈને આપમેળે સિગ્નલનો સમય નક્કી કરશે. જો એક તરફ ટ્રાફિક વધુ હશે, તો ત્યાં લીલી લાઈટ વધુ સમય ચાલુ રહેશે. જંકશન પર હાઈ-ટેક કેમેરા અને સેન્સર્સ લગાવવામાં આવ્યા છે જે વાહનોની સ્પીડ, ઘનતા (Density) અને લેનના વપરાશ પર સતત નજર રાખશે. હાલમાં પાયલોટ પ્રોજેક્ટ તરીકે શહેરના મુખ્ય 10 જંકશન પર આ ટેકનોલોજી કાર્યરત કરવામાં આવી છે. સિગ્નલ પર બિનજરૂરી વેઇટિંગ ઘટવાથી લોકોના સમયની બચત થશે અને વારંવાર એન્જિન ચાલુ-બંધ ન કરવા પડતા પેટ્રોલ-ડીઝલનો ખર્ચ પણ ઘટશે. જો આ પ્રયોગ સફળ રહેશે, તો સમગ્ર અમદાવાદમાં અને પછીથી દરેક મેટ્રો સિટીમાં આ AI બેઝ્ડ સિસ્ટમ લાગુ કરવામાં આવશે. તમારા મતે અમદાવાદના કયા વિસ્તારમાં સૌથી વધુ આ સિસ્ટમની જરૂર છે? #Ahmedabad #Gujarat

Grand future over Glorious Past. ✨ Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Corridor by @nhsrcl crossing Bilimora Waghai Narrow Gauge Line by @WesternRly 🔥 Possibly the only Location on globe where a High Speed Rail Corridor will pass over a Narrow Gauge Rail Line (Suggestions welcomed). And I deeply wish, the NG line continues to be in service until Shinkansens run over the HSR Corridor ❤️ 2 years back when I shot and shared a reel of same scene, there were just piers ahead of The Narrow Gauge line, now the Viaduct is finished, Noise barriers are up, Tracks have been laid, and OHE Mast Erection can be seen on the HSR line. @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @BJP4India @narendramodi @PMOIndia

Noticed something interesting. MAHSR tracks will pass over an active Narrow Gauge track (Bilimora - Waghai) - one of the few NG tracks which will not be gauge converted.
What a sight it would be!

u dont need four lane wide roads inside of the city
two lanes are more than enough, rest of the road width should be allocated for footpaths, cycling tracks, roadside vendor spaces, parkings etc

This has to be the first case in india where administration is working on pedestrian infrastructure and media and people are opposing it.

this is what BRTS in amdavad could be
a small battery (50ish kWh) as backup + catenary electric buses
is possible coz most of urban amd already has UG electricity cables thanks to AEC and Torrent hence not much utility interference
with this buses can have much stronger HVACs

Utility shifting tenders were awarded few months ago for gift extension, airport spur, ew line extsn
for this extension line and the aiport spur they will not order extra rolling stock will work existing rakes

@uday73860127 ₹290 cr is just civil part cost. System cost (CBTC, AFC, telecom), track, traction, rolling stock etc still pending.
Other cost like LA, Utility shifting are also there.
