It was a pleasure to be invited to be a “guest lecturer” on Medication Safety issues to our future cohort of nursing colleagues. It was even more special to be teaching in the same room I was an MPharm undergraduate student 25 years before! #impostersyndrome

This is not dispensable, but as pharmacist I’m not allowed to make the minor adjustment to strength & qty. Instead I have to spend time contacting GP practice for a new RX. This takes admin and GP time to complete. @PSNCNews @DrSteveTaylor

For #pharmacies struggling with sourcing antibiotics think about getting a shared Google spreadsheet I set one up for my area when the shortages started, shared it with all local pharmacies and GP's. Everyone uploads their stock levels every day. Saves a lot of phone calls!

@CandDGrace Me! 25(ish) years ago. Sainsbury's pharmacy invested a whole week of training for us new counter assistants which I still remember and value now. I wonder if companies are still able to do that now?
