Congrats to trainer Kenny McPeek, a graduate of Tates Creek High School & @universityofky, on his 1st @KentuckyDerby win w/Mystik Dan. The thoroughbred was foaled at McPeek's Magdalena Farm here in Lexington! He also got his 1st Kentucky Oaks win as the trainer for Thorpedo Anna.

Today through Sunday, residents can dispose of storm debris at no charge at Haley Pike landfill, 4216 Hedger Ln, or the training pad at 1631 Old Frankfort Pike. Hours are 8 am–5 pm daily. A Fayette County driver’s license or proof of residence in Fayette County is required. (2/2)
