@eon_next I’ve just had this conversation with one of your agents on Facebook messenger and as I told them, I don’t have account details because I’m not the account holder obviously, I’m just the landlord 🤦🏼‍♀️!!

So @eon_next a tenant has moved out, took all their credit off the smart prepayment meter with them - so now no gas or electric at the property. How do I get the smart meter back to not being a prepayment meter, not being funny but your websites crap !!

Can somebody @BritishGasHelp please get in touch with reference to meter serial numbers being crossed on 2 houses !! This has been going on since December 2020 and every time I ring I either get fobbed off and told it’s been sorted or I get the phone put down on me #livid !!

Shocking service from @evanshalshawuk and @Ford Lincoln, so a 2 year old vehicle has been off the road over 4 months, still not rectified, no returned phone calls, be warned anyone contemplating a new Ford, their vehicles, and level of service is an absolute disgrace 🤬🤬
