@Debenhams what a joke of a company you are, you hide your email address and do not operate a telephone line but have the cheek to call yourselves a customer service department. I found your email and you did not respond except for an auto response then NOTHING BUT SILENCE! Why?
Bought an item from @Debenhams, @RoyalMail said unable to deliver Friday first thing due to no access (driver walked past reception). Rearranged for parcel to be delivered to a Post Office. Waited 4 days. Its just been delivered somewhere else. No one responds to complaints (DM)
