Bought an item from @Debenhams, @RoyalMail said unable to deliver Friday first thing due to no access (driver walked past reception). Rearranged for parcel to be delivered to a Post Office. Waited 4 days. Its just been delivered somewhere else. No one responds to complaints (DM)

@Debenhams placed an order. @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail said they couldn't get access even though reception saw him. I complained and no one responded. Then they said I could collect today. Not near me. Now it might be Monday. When I can't get there. No idea if I'm ever getting it
