@fh8zy Thanks for contacting us. Account deletion is a self-service process, so all you'll need to do is to have access to the phone number that’s currently linked to your account and follow the steps via link: authy.com/account/delete/. Make sure all account 2FA are disabled.

@AuthyHelp i went to change my phone number to my new number because the sim card broke somehow and i got this You cannot change your phone more than 2 times every 3 months.
