the 80/20 cognitive enhancement stack that hits hard as FUCK with zero tolerance buildup and zero waste: - 150 mg armodafinil (cleaner pharmacokinetics than modafinil, longer-lasting wakefulness + deep focus) - 250 mg citicoline (replenish the depleted stores of the vital neurotransmitter acetylcholine from armodafinil depletion) - 200 mg caffeine (extra kick, focus, capsule form or just bang black coffee/ espressos all day long) - 800 mg l-theanine (takes the edge off the stimulating compounds, calm + creative) - 144 mg magnesium l-threonate (optimizes cognitive health by crossing BBB, helps with sleep quality) - 2 mg oral pinealon (obliterates brain fog, heightens stress-resistance + focus, helps you sleep deeper) - 6 mg oral epitalon (resets circadian rhythm despite long-lasting armodafinil, lowers cortisol, amazing for longevity) you could run this 5 days on, 2 days off pretty much indefinitely without building a tolerance. cycle pinealon and epitalon 30 days on -> 2 months off, then continue as you please. epitalon in the evening, everything else in the morning (magnesium can also be taken in the evening, but i prefer morning). if you need to prioritize due to $ constraints, remove epi + pine first. honorary mention tadalafil. honorary mention do a damn blood panel and fix whatever is bad first. not medical advice. sources below, US domestic here. more in this doc (incl. EU, aus etc.): basedbiohacker.any.org/cognitive-enha… armodafinil: modafinilxl.com/buy/waklert-do… pinealon: yourprotocol.co/products/pinea… epitalon: yourprotocol.co/products/epita… magnesium l-threonate: nootropicsdepot.com/magtein-magnes… citicoline: nootropicsdepot.com/cognizin-citic… l-theanine: nootropicsdepot.com/l-theanine-cap…

nootropics ranking tier list, all compounds explained: S TIER: > bromantane: upregulates tyrosine hydroxylase, increasing dopamine synthesis capacity at a genetic level > pinealon: crosses nuclear membrane modulating gene expression for cognitive clarity and brain optimization > modafinil: removes sleep pressure maintaining wakefulness and focus for 12+ hours without tolerance buildup > cognizin: citicoline directly supporting acetylcholine production and membrane integrity for memory and focus > armodafinil: r-enantiomer variant with cleaner pharmacokinetics and longer sustained duration A TIER: > tadalafil: PDE5 inhibitor improving cerebral blood flow and vascular optimization systemically > royal jelly: bee-derived nutrient complex improving energy, recovery, fertility and vitality while also supporting hormonal balance > 9-Me-BC: MAO-B inhibitor preventing dopamine breakdown while promoting neurogenesis and BDNF > phenylpiracetam: the most potent racetam, enhancing memory and serving some major stimulant properties > selank: anxiolytic peptide reducing anxiety without sedation, + maintaining cognitive clarity simultaneously > epitalon: bioregulator activating telomerase and restoring circadian rhythm synchronization for cellular longevity and enhanced recovery B TIER: > thiamine TTFD: lipophilic B1 form crossing blood-brain barrier, supporting mitochondrial energy production and neurotransmitter synthesis > psilocybin mushrooms: neuroplasticity promoter and default mode network reorganizer for creative thinking > nicotine: because it's awesome. increases dopamine and attention, working memory, and focus acutely > semax: peptide nootropic elevating focus, reducing anxiety while maintaining cognitive drive through neuroprotective mechanisms > L-tyrosine: dopamine precursor useful specifically in combination with bromantane > fasoracetam: GABA-B receptor upregulator improving working memory and anxiety reduction + creativity  F TIER: > adderall XR: amphetamine causing dopamine receptor downregulation, neurotoxicity, and long-term cognitive decline > phenibut: GABAergic compound with extreme addiction potential and legitimately dangerous withdrawal risk

circadian rhythm has a hand in controlling almost EVERY aspect of your health. NOT just when you get sleepy and wake up it governs: - cortisol production and stress response curve - testosterone and growth hormone release timing - insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism - immune cell activity and inflammatory response - blood pressure fluctuation throughout the day - body temperature regulation - DNA repair mechanisms (this peaks at night) - neurotransmitter synthesis - gut motility and digestive enzyme release - liver detoxification cycles - melatonin and antioxidant defense - cell division timing (disruption = cancer risk btw) - cognitive performance windows and memory consolidation - mood regulation, emotional resilience EVERY chronic disease has a circadian component. metabolism, immunity, cognition, hormones - all of it follows circadian patterns. when the master clock breaks, everything downstream fucking disintegrates with it. the master clock lives in your pineal gland. epitalon is the only compound with documented evidence of directly restoring pineal function, reactivating melatonin synthesis machinery, and resetting clock gene expression at a molecular level. not exogenous melatonin. when you supplement epitalon, you're not only "fixing sleep", you're hitting ALL the points i described above. and that's why the kiev study resulted in a 40% mortality reduction. your local pharma rep won't mention that though. not medical advice... the epitalon i use is linked in comments (or you can pin - more links for this in website linked in profile) 1-2 capsules morning or night - try both to find your preference. linked in comments.

There’s a top tier research group in New York that’s working to invest a lot of time and $$ into a true BPC-157 injectable safety study. Checking all biomarkers before and after, giving us a true picture of what this compound really is about More details to come
