@trauma_kitty @somethings_awry Idk your specific situation of course but I have always been curious about guanfacine in certain cases of ADHD + POTS
English

@noot_ippi @somethings_awry V*vanse for the ADHD and metoprolol + fludrocortisone for the POTS

What stimulants do to a mfer with ADHD

Zweil@somethings_awry
On three separate stimulants and I can actively feel my telomeres shortening
English

@somethings_awry Vyvanse my heart felt like water bubbling inside. Adderall, nothing. Nap time. Lol. So weird the effects.
English

@trauma_kitty @somethings_awry Are you medicated for both? If so, what combination?
English

@somethings_awry My POTS + ADHD ass is so jealous actually lol
English

@esoteric_joke @somethings_awry Same thing happened to me!
You might want to track BP just to be safe imo
English

@somethings_awry this is actually a thing bc i always had a high resting heart rate and now it’s normal. my doctor said its bc i have less anxiety on the meds since i can think clearly now
English

@z1xus @somethings_awry Do you find the caffeine noticeable / stimulating though?
English

@somethings_awry What stimulants are you taking? Resting HR looks fine but there could always be an independent shift in BP, might be worth tracking that loosely.

S-MK-26 is a modafinil derivative that showed enhance hippocampal synaptic plasticity plus hippocampus-dependent learning and memory while reversing effort-related motivational dysfunction.
It just got a second in vitro study after 4 years, and remains a strong contender for ADHD compared to currently available modafinil derivatives.
"rescue of IDS (i.e., attentional set formation) was most evident for the optimized DAT inhibitors S-MK-26 and (S,S)-CE-158, whereas R-modafinil and S-CE-123 showed weaker or no IDS rescue."
Definitely worth reading through, it was published April 12th of this year!

You can just teleport into movie scenes now apparently

GPT Image 2 is just... insane. you can generate near-perfect equirectangular panoramas and literally explore them. here I am imagining what it was like inside a Roman Colosseum.

@aestheticprimal Can't be effectively patented, no barrier to entry, zero financial incentive.

Very interesting how as soon as there is potential for a solution provided by Big Pharma, everything gets done fast (research, funding etc.)
*not saying that is bad*
But Bee Venom has shown ridiculous potential for Lyme's disease
yet it was never pursued, ZERO clinical trials
why?

One of the most compelling things about Modafinil is its history in the Air Force.
In 1999, one year after FDA approval, the U.S. Aeromedical Research Lab ran a study, giving sleep deprived helicopter pilots divided 600 mg doses and finding sustained simulator performance near rested levels despite more than 30 hours awake.
In 2003, modafinil was formally authorized for aviation fatigue missions, first for long bomber sorties over 12 hours and for F-15C weapon systems officers on missions over 8 hours, making it a real operational tool.
In 2004, an F-117 pilot study showed that modafinil significantly blunted fatigue-related performance decline, while Air Force guidance also framed it as a safer alternative to the traditional go-pills.
Ever since then, it has been increasingly used as a more modern alternative to things like Dexedrine.

Pilots of this bad mfer use Modafinil

@MeesesRfriends @certifiedsauce1 @ElevateBiohack No, I'm just hyper-fixated on nootropics right now. I always thought modafiendz was especially suspicious, since it has 0 research and a kinda corny name, but part of me is curious to find out haha
English

@noot_ippi @certifiedsauce1 @ElevateBiohack Will do, do you work with them or for them or something?
I followed you a while back because we were talking about other compounds, but I have no idea if you're part of the clan
English

@certifiedsauce1 @nateandrewsx Modafinil is my favorite, armodafinil overstimulates me.
Have not tried Flmoda but from what I've read it has the highest DAT inhibition of moda derivatives currently. Definitely has me curious.
English

I have just tried flmoda and armoda, out of those two, I like flmoda more.
Will be trying 200-250 mg of OG modafinil tomorrow
Both are great and youll likely be happy with either one
Out of the twclean focus, armoda feels a bit more relaxed and prob better if socializing is important. I am not on edge as much. but also I feel 20% less effective on it than flmoda
Flmoda has me feeling fucking dialed. makes me slightly irritable which I love, and all I want to do is work, nothing else. But not feeling anxious. Super tasked focus and I cant tolerate bullshit and distractions. You can come off super intense to others so you gotta check yourself sometimes
I do about 20-30 client calls a day, back to back. Usually 10-12 hours of sales calls straight + followup + admin shit. Highest cognitive load I have had in my career. Flmoda has helped 30 times over
Add in 50-100 mg of bromantane.... fucking game over
English

@certifiedsauce1 Yep flmodafinil is the jam
But fuckin @ElevateBiohack posting about fiendz has me curious lol
Do I need a 6th iteration? Probably
