@BasedBiohacker Would it help if you were working nights? Waking hours typically begin 3pm-6am?

circadian rhythm has a hand in controlling almost EVERY aspect of your health. NOT just when you get sleepy and wake up it governs: - cortisol production and stress response curve - testosterone and growth hormone release timing - insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism - immune cell activity and inflammatory response - blood pressure fluctuation throughout the day - body temperature regulation - DNA repair mechanisms (this peaks at night) - neurotransmitter synthesis - gut motility and digestive enzyme release - liver detoxification cycles - melatonin and antioxidant defense - cell division timing (disruption = cancer risk btw) - cognitive performance windows and memory consolidation - mood regulation, emotional resilience EVERY chronic disease has a circadian component. metabolism, immunity, cognition, hormones - all of it follows circadian patterns. when the master clock breaks, everything downstream fucking disintegrates with it. the master clock lives in your pineal gland. epitalon is the only compound with documented evidence of directly restoring pineal function, reactivating melatonin synthesis machinery, and resetting clock gene expression at a molecular level. not exogenous melatonin. when you supplement epitalon, you're not only "fixing sleep", you're hitting ALL the points i described above. and that's why the kiev study resulted in a 40% mortality reduction. your local pharma rep won't mention that though. not medical advice... the epitalon i use is linked in comments (or you can pin - more links for this in website linked in profile) 1-2 capsules morning or night - try both to find your preference. linked in comments.

@limitlesstack How would it work while working nights and sleeping through the day? Would it still improve sleep or would the reverse circadian rhythm affect it.

first few days after restarting epitalon i slept ridiculously deep almost 10 hours the first night and waking up was actually hard it felt like my body was compensating for months of stress and low quality sleep because even though i usually slept around 7 hours before, it was very light and fragmented i also had bruxism constantly after a few days of that heavy sleep though, i suddenly needed much less sleep again without feeling cognitively worse especially with pinealon involved 5-6 hours now feels much better than 7-8 used to this is the power of quality over quantity
limitlesstack@limitlesstack

a pill that cuts your need for sleep from 8 hours to 6 while making those 6 feel like 9 would be the most valuable compound on earth it exists. the pinealon + epitalon combo. pinealon: - improves sleep architecture quality - longer deep sleep, more REM - less waking mid-cycle - zero brain fog in the morning - reduces neuronal oxidative stress - effects build over 20-30 days and persist weeks after you stop epitalon: - anti-aging via telomere lengthening at the cellular level - directly stimulates melatonin synthesis in the pineal gland - regulates circadian rhythm - restores function after pineal gland calcification - reduces cortisol levels - roughly 40% reduction in mortality among elderly in a 6 year study and they ACTUALLY work in oral form. no injections needed. as ultrashort peptides they are small and stable enough that they pass through the gut intact. dose + cycling: 2 pinealon capsules. 1 epitalon capsule. everyday, 30min before bed. run it 20-30 days straight. then stop for 3 months. repeat. optimal cycle timing is very individual. use this as a baseline, then trust your gut and adjust accordingly. only vendor i use: us domestic epitalon yourprotocol.co/products/epita… us domestic pinealon yourprotocol.co/products/pinea… not medical advice.

If you felt compelled to study abroad, you don’t love your college enough. I only get 8 semesters in Tuscaloosa, I’ll be damned if I waste one clubbing with a bunch of faggy foreigners and spoiled sorority girls. RMFT.

I’ve bought from 10+ peptide vendors the last 2 months. I wrote up a peptide sourcing guide and a review of 10 vendors (some with pretty cheap reta) If you want it, reply below and I’ll send it. (This isn’t automated so it might take me a min)
