@TheMandarinAU Robodebt was illegal;public servants knew it was illegal;it killed young people. This truth was settled through a contest of evidence by the RC. Interesting to see if the uni academies & boards - institutions dedicated to the pursuit of truth - now hold their own to account.

Whether it is a general practice clinic with a rural GP owner-operator, or a primary care clinic, we need a model that ensures they all have the resources to deliver services that reflect local need.

You're describing primary care 'hubs' which will be just as prone to being overwhelmed and underfunded as current hospitals if Gov funded.
