BLADE (1998) sitting at 58% on Rotten Tomatoes feels borderline criminal. The film helped lay the groundwork for modern comic book movies, gave Marvel one of its coolest screen heroes, and still has action sequences that hold up decades later.

One is a kirpan: the ceremonial blade Sikhs carry to protect others. The other is a charra: an Afghan tribal murder dagger built to punch through cloth and armor. Guess which one killed Henry Nowak? Nothing religious about this. A murder weapon sanctioned by suicidal empathy.

@DAKKADAKKA1 I had no issues with either Mario movie. Donkey Kong is supposed to be obnoxious and annoying. So it's fitting that an obnoxious and annoying actor got that role.

🇯🇵 A large amount of garbage has been dumped in front of an Inari shrine in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture. The garbage, consisting of daily necessities and bulky waste, amounted to 1,270 lbs.
It took residents three days to clear and clean the shrine. No suspects have been identified, and the investigation is still ongoing.
