Is this a new thing @ottawacity? These Rubbermaid bins with the handles cut off just showed up jammed into the busted old garbage bins in a couple parks I've been to. They look great. /s The plaque says "Designated Heritage Property", but that apparently doesn't mean anything.

QUESTION: We often talk about cities doing great things that inspire us, and I usually don’t spend much time bashing other cities even when they deserve it. But there are special cities that just SHOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER than they are. Ottawa comes to mind for me. What yours?
