I started eating meals without any distractions. No phone, no videos, just the food. Digestion improved, I eat slower, and I actually enjoy the meal again.

chasing success by overworking only shows how disrespectful you are to yourself. Do these to start optimizing healthy habits. Rest → After work Walk → when frustrated. Eat → When feeling brain fog. Breathe → When feeling anxious. Drink water → when feeling exhausted. Sleep → before worrying about tomorrow. Exercise → before complaining about being tired. Burnout is not a badge of honor that validates your self-worth.
