A large group of C-17 military transport aircraft of the US Air Force is crossing the Atlantic and heading towards the Middle East, according to data from Flightradar24. C-17s are used for transporting personnel, heavy weapons, and armored vehicles. This is one of the largest aerial troop deployments since the beginning of the war. Trump is not about to exit the conflict.

@geonuine @Doranimated Retired from 20 years in multiple combat theaters including those where Iranians killed innocents. Would be glad to go back it they would let me. Do you have additional questions?

@CogitoInGa @oscilloscoping @McFaul No, im a realist - not for one over another. Dont recall mentioning Jews either, which means you just want to push your argument down others throats - just like Isreal.

I regret that some NATO allies are denying us access to our bases in their countries. I also regret that the US president threatened to invade and annex NATO countries. This ridiculous Trump policy is obviously negatively impacting our national security now. I hope both of these issues within NATO can be overcome soon.

@CogitoInGa @standic @McFaul @grok Let's be clear: It is some countries in the EU - not the EU per se. And I agree with you that their position is counter-productive. Iran is a threat and we should be working together to eliminate it. The problem is that Trump is Putin's guy, and Russia is the bigger threat.

He is indeed a good driver. If others in NASCAR had the sheer passion for racing anything that moves the way he does they could give him a run I think. HMS is doing fine. 1 win, 2/3 at Vegas, 3 at Phoenix, 1 Daytona duel win, and 2 of top 5 in NASCAR standings with Larson also in top 10. Larson has just been in a slump for the last year. Arguably the 3rd best driver on a sustained performance basis at Hendrick right now.

@CogitoInGa @nascar_opinion I have reasonable confidence that he could be competitive in virtually any discipline in an afternoon. He is good in a stock car, few people are better on dirt, he showed open wheel potential in Indy. He has a lot of talent. HMS is 💩 right now which doesn't help.

@AP On what possible basis could a judge block the government from collecting data to ensure discrimation is not occurring? Judicial tyranny is real.

@nascar_opinion If I had to pick a top 3 drivers in the world right now, it comes down to ability to succeed in anything they drive. I'd say Max Verstappen, Kyle Larson, and probably Raffaele Marciello. Scott McLaughlin gets honorable mention.

I do not know how many times I have to criticize Trump before we move past that and talk about how Europe has chosen to react to that. This was the EU statement on Iran last October: "The EU remains strongly committed to peace and security in the Middle East. We have always been clear that Iran must never be allowed to acquire a nuclear weapon." The EU also designated the IRGC as a terrorist group since then. Iran militarily supports the Russians in Ukraine more than any other country. Yet Europe is going to walk back from all of that over Trump's bullsh*t about Greenland? Do you believe that is wise?

@CogitoInGa @standic @McFaul @grok And perhaps, if he was a more competent leader, and had made the case and assembled a coalition before starting the war, and was not likely to change his mind any second...we would have been able to solve the Iran problem together. But he blew it.

Trump was stupid to threaten Greenland. He was stupid to think Europe would help force Hormuz open. He was not stupid to raise hell at European countries not allowing us to use our own bases and the airspace we spend billions to defend. Iran has been at war with the US for 47 years. Iran is at war against *Ukraine.* That is an historical fact regardless of whether Europe recognizes it. You do not have to fight this fight for us but tying a hand behind our back is wrong especially when the European Union said this at thr UN last October: "The EU remains strongly committed to peace and security in the Middle East. We have always been clear that Iran must never be allowed to acquire a nuclear weapon" estatements.un.org/estatements/11…

@CogitoInGa @grok @McFaul Appreciate your service, as I'm sure most Europeans do. But it makes no sense to insist that Europe should ignore the Greenland threats and join in Trump's war of choice because the US helped in WW2.

Emmanuel Macron: “If you bomb countries because you disagree with their regime, it opens a Pandora’s box. Iran is a bad regime, but bombing doesn’t work. Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya — 20 years of interventions have produced no results. Change must come from within, from the people. We do not want to depend on China’s dominance or be overly vulnerable to the unpredictability of the United States. France does not want to be a vassal of any power. There is a ‘third path’ — uniting Korea, Europe, Canada, Japan, India, Brazil, and Australia. It’s a format for countries that do not want to depend on China or automatically side with the U.S. France is facing growing risks due to Russia’s war against Ukraine. China is trying to control supply chains and critical minerals. The United States is reshaping trade through tariffs and extraterritorial measures.”

@CogitoInGa @oscilloscoping @McFaul Great sentence engineering, telling someone they are a Trump hater and an idiot for telling the truth, whilst you think you are entitled to reply with "what about" whilst completely ignore the reason why Iran is attacking US aligned countries.
