Government-run businesses average 20% higher costs than normal businesses.
Essentially, instead of a company charging £2 for the bus, the government charges everyone £2.50 for the bus and calls it ‘free.’

A lot of the problems in the world right now can be explained by this video. For one thing, it’s a big reason why the US government is so unaccountable to public opinion.
